In light of recent request and God moving upon my heart, today, I’m going to focus on the importance of Speaking Life over yourself…life over your circumstances…weight loss challenges…your children…your marriage…every vice…addiction…habit…God’s ultimate dream, plan and purpose over your lives. Most of us, including myself, spend a lot of time striving and sometimes struggling…striving to get somewhere and through something…God wants to breath new life in His people and it starts by speaking His Word into the atmosphere over ourselves…charging the atmosphere with His Word so it can push back satan and send Heaven’s help. Speaking life over ourselves will increase our faith, awaken the dead things in us and stir up the Spirit within us to move in the direction God is calling us in.

The Holy Spirit just deposited in me a prayer that I wrote for myself that I speak over my life daily…He lead me to share it publicly. I encourage you, Speak this prayer out-loud everyday and watch God move. I’ve seen many things I’ve spoken years ago come to pass. Speaking God’s word for me keeps me motivated and ignites the Holy Spirit in me to do what I can’t do. PRAYER:
2020 will be new beginnings, the greatest year of my life, our lives. I Speak New Life…the Move of God…Healing…Deliverance…Revival…Restoration and the Manifestation of God’s Presence as I pray. This day, I will have an Encounter with Jesus. The Lord will release His angels to fight for me, come to my aide, and all those things held up in the Spirit realm break forth NOW in the Mighty Name of Jesus. I handicap satan during this prayer time and I press into His presence.
Father in Heaven, You are Awesome, most Powerful, Sovereign Holy God. There is no one like you in Heaven and on Earth. Heavenly Father, you reign Supreme and you put the world in order. You Rule upon the earth. You have made from one blood every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, You have determined our pre-appointed times and boundaries of our dwellings, that we, as your people, should seek and find You, though You are never far…we find, seek and thirst after you this day. Through You and only You, we live and move and have our being. Thank you for hearing my prayer this day, hearkening to my voice and sending the Host of Heaven to help me. Thank you that Your Presence is Heaven to Me and comes to me as I pray. Thank you that this day, your will be done, on earth, even as it is in Heaven, in my life, my family’s life and the Host of Heaven comes to my aide, our aide, unhindered. In Jesus Name.
Thank you for your Son, Jesus, who died for me and could accomplish for me what I couldn’t… salvation, eternal life and freedom to conquer all things…I conquer all things on earth as it is in Heaven…I conquer my flesh, my desires, cravings, my palate, my hunger, my belly, all manner of sin, the lust of my flesh, the lust of my eyes and the pride of life…I crucify everything contrary to you in my life and it’s crucified to the cross, dead and buried in my life. I Praise You that when I accepted you into my heart to be Lord of all, as you died, I too died to my flesh and Sin is no longer my master…Fear is no longer my master…My Flesh is no longer my master…My Soul is no longer my master… I’m no longer a slave to anything. This day, my Spirit is in complete control. I conquer in the Holy Spirit all things that rise up against me. Holy Spirit, I abide in you, as the branch abides in the Vine, I abide in You, King Jesus, I receive Your Power, Conviction and Authority to do what I’M unable to do on my own this day…I am lead and empowered by Your Spirit and I WIN.
This day, I make Kingdom and Spirit led choices and decisions regarding my health, my career, my family, the foods I eat, my personal and spiritual growth in you, my goals, dreams, weight loss and Heaven is hearkened to come to my aide. I am cognitive of every choice I make and how it affects my destiny. I understand every decision I make leads me closer to Christ or closer to satan. The Holy Spirit in me lets me know my moments of choice and I hear His voice. I understand that every time the Spirit makes me aware of my moment of choice, He’s telling me that my current decision I’m about to make will impact my life, my future, my Spirit, my soul and other’s lives too no matter how small the decision is. Every time I hear the Holy Spirit speak to me regarding my decision making, He’s highlighting the importance of that decision and how it affects eternity…the Kingdom…my life, calling and destiny are all affected, connected and at stake. My decisions, both big and small, affect others and my final destination in life. The Holy Spirit is telling me the importance of each decision and I will not be fooled and convince myself that each soulish decision I make is unrelated and insignificant and just a moment of time…every moment of time leads me somewhere…my destiny or demise. There are consequences for making soulish and what seems like small, insignificant decisions and when I do…I hearken satan’s kingdom to operate against and through me. Each small decision and choices I make affects my future…each small soulish decision…eternity is affected…every small soulish decision…the Holy Spirit knows what I don’t know…He know’s where each decision will lead me and He’s trying to shield me from the consequences from the choices I make that lead to my demise.
I break every habit, thought pattern and bad choices that keeps me making soulish decisions and in vicious cycles. I am made aware of my soulish decisions and the Spirit of God is empowering me to change…first my heart is changing…now my thoughts are changing and now my actions are changing too. What I eat and how I treat my body affects the kingdom, affects my helping others, affects my power, authority and ability to fight satan to win and delimits me from my purpose. You teach my hands to war and my fingers to fight and I WIN. With everything in me, when my flesh kicks up, I rely on the spirit, remember how my decisions affects my calling, destiny, others and impacts my future and I make Kingdom Choices TODAY and I WIN. I make nothing my idol…I repent and smash down every idol I hide in my heart that comes before Christ and I put Jesus back on the throne of my heart to live and Reign freely. I makes choices this day through You that lead me closer to my destiny, purpose and being Spirit led. I will not ignore the Holy Spirits voice when He points out my moment of choice regarding the foods I eat, the times I eat, my commitments to my health, and every other decision He’s ministering to me about. I listen to the spirit, He will speak to me more often and will empower me as I consistently trust and obey Him.
I will be a fit, healthy and active ____ pounds by ________. I WILL NOT GIVE UP & QUIT. The Spirit of Life is breathing new energy, new hope, new zeal, new motivation and I fight for my life, health and wellness and I WIN. I endure as Christ endured and I receive my prize and reach my goals. I WILL NOT GIVE UP UNTIL I REACH MY GOALS IN JESUS NAME. I will live and not die to any disease, obesity, handicap, ailments, abnormalities, deficiencies, strange injuries and curses will not come near me or my family and I will see the salvation and promises of the Lord. I am 100% in my purpose operating in the FULL will, power and authority of God. I’m an over-comer regarding my weight for a lifetime, not just a moment. I have control over food and what I eat and it does not have control over me. I throw off those things that hinder me and causes me to sin and stumble. I’m quick, sharp, awake, alert and attentive in my mind and I see the Lord with my eyes and through faith…I see my help. I am motivated and excited to do the will of the Lord. I am full of God’s wisdom and in constant communion with Christ. I see from Christ perspective regarding all things that come my way and Christ causes me to make decisions that cause me to Win. I have a renewal of my mind and I put on the mind of Christ. The blood washes away any strongholds or wrongful erroneous thinking and today, I’m Kingdom minded regarding all things. I mindful of Christ when I make decision regarding everything, especially my health and wellness.I conquer stress, pain and discomfort without indulging in comfort foods and sugars and have grace and power stay away from them. I look to the Lord for help and I will not make food or anything else my idol and I receive the comfort of the Lord. My heart is changing in Christ, healing and deliverance is taking place, my thoughts are changing and now, my actions are changing….others see my change in you and are motivated to change too in Christ. I forget my past and forge forward in Christ to a new day. I conquer my weight so God can use my breakthrough to help others breakthrough.
When I fall or falter, you will pick me back up and give me the grace to start again. When I doubt myself, You remind me that it’s not by might, nor by power, but by Your spirit that I conquer all things and win. For every health goal I set that seems impossible, I am reminded with Christ, all things are possible and I can do all things through Christ that gives me strength. When things are difficult in general and with my weight loss challenges, I will abide in You and receive your strength. I will quiet my soul in Your presence so I can be renewed to fight again. This time I will win. I rebuke and silence the lies from satan that I’ll never reach my goals…Through Christ, I can do all things and nothing is impossible for Christ. My past failures, disappointments, guilt, shame and constant hidings will no longer hold me hostage. Jesus washes away my mistakes and my past with His blood…He washes over my memories with the blood…He washes away my woundedness in the blood…I forge forward this day to new hope, victory and promises in Him. People are finding me now so they can hear a word from the Lord. I am diligent over my weight loss, health, wellness and all of my affairs and I will stand before Kings.
I fulfill my destiny upon the earth. The enemy will no longer rob me of what God has ordained and promised me before the creation of the earth. I fulfill the visions and dreams God has placed in my heart…my secret dreams will come true. I work diligently before the Lord and He will exalt me and bring me before important people. God is aligning people, connections and resources that will come to my aide. You are resurrecting an old hope, old dreams, and crushed visions again…You’re breathing new life in me. I have come out of my cocoon and hibernation. I have risen from my Ashes, I AM A MIGHTY WARRIOR IN CHRIST. Through faith I subdue kingdoms, work righteousness, obtain promises, stop the mouths of lions, quench the violence of fire, escape the edge of the sword, OUT OF WEAKNESS I AM MADE STRONG, I am valiant in battle, I turn to flight the armies of the aliens. I’m full of the energy and light of Christ and it oozes out of me. When the storms of life comes, I will not break, I will stand tall and be immovable. I do not fear, God is with me. I motivate others in Christ. I have divine instruction on how to fulfill every dream and vision God gives me. I will not fear and I’ll step out on faith with what God places in my heart in obedience. I am bold, strong, courageous, fearless, steadfast, immovable, empowered by the spirit to conquer and do the will of the Lord. I am always at the right place, at the right time and meet Christ assigned people. I have divine appointments daily. My heart is tender towards the Lord in all of my affairs. I am full of God’s energy. I am balanced in all my affairs. I keep my home and family life well. I run and persevere to the end. I’m growing old with my hubby, my kids and my family and I’m there for them. My marriage is strong, impenetrable, intact, loving, strong and intrepid. All strange fruit, men and woman, boys and girls sent by satan to my life, my marriage, my family, my finances, everything connected to me are thwarted now in Jesus name. There is an appointed time for the vision you’ve placed in me to be fulfilled…I will do my part in diligence daily and I trust and exercise patience until that appointed day comes. I will not be weary in well-doing, but in due time, your appointed time, You will raise me up. You will open to me the Heaven’s, open up every door and pour out your promises on me and all that concerns me.
My family and entire household are saved, baptized with the Holy Spirit, in purpose, in the will of Christ and In-Love and worshiping Jesus in Spirit and in Truth. We are a chosen generation, a chosen and favored people, a royal priesthood that will rise up in the Body of Christ, with the spirit of prayer and intercession to help bring forth revival upon the earth in the spirit of Elijah, Daniel, Paul and the others before us, full of power, conviction, authority with signs, gifts and wonders following that will represent Jesus well. You will remove hearts of stone and place in us hearts of flesh and baptize us again with a new spirit to be empowered to follow You. We will have an ENCOUNTER with Jesus that will change our lives forever. Our latter will be greater than our past. Harvest, former and latter rain fall fresh on us and our blessings and seeds we’ve sown, old prayers prayed, old dreams, resources and finances come unhindered in Jesus name. Our desolate land will be replenished, revitalized and become the Garden of Eden. The enemy runs from me and my family and I am protected, my family and all that concerns me is covered under the blood and we are protected and safe.
Isaiah 61 says that The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is upon me, for the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the poor. He has sent me to comfort the brokenhearted and to proclaim that captives will be released and prisoners will be freed. I command every curse, generational curse, familiar spirit, retaliating spirit, every demon of depression, sadness, guilt, shame, disappointment, humiliation, blindness, deception, rejection, self-rejection, rejection of others, all manner of perversion, death and destruction, destiny killers, marriage destroyers, abandonment, error, division, strife, jealously, envy, pride, poverty, all strange men, woman, opportunities, injury or accidents sent by satan is broken and aborted right now in my life and my family’s life and everything connected to me. The host of hell, every stumbling block, blockages and strongholds are broken over my life, over my family and everything concerning me.
The rain of Heaven fall Fresh on Me and Everything concerning me. I loose the healing power of God, divine health and wholeness, healing and restoration, the spirit of adoption, forgiveness and the love of God, the spirit of purity, unity, humility, and complete restoration. I loose the Spirit of the Living God, the Holy Spirit and His power, comfort, patience, authority and the blessings and life of Christ over all things connected and concerning me. I walk full of the fruit of the spirit…full of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness and self-control. I am quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry. I will not be anxious, worried and fretful about anything, but by prayer, petition and with thanksgiving, I will present my request to God and the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will stand guard over my heart and mind in Christ Jesus. I love people, I am compassionate towards them. I forgive those that hurt, betrayed or rejected me. I forgive and pray for my enemies. Every evil word spoken against me and everything connected to me will be thwarted, broken, brought to open shame and proven to be wrong. I am a person of integrity, honesty and humility. I am the same in private as I am in public. I’m always humble and always cast my crown before The Lord and Worship…I always Give Jesus the Glory and Honor in sincerity, in Spirit and in Truth. I see the work and hand of the Lord and I see satan at work.I have the vision of the Lord. I always see people how the Lord sees them. I see people’s purpose in Jesus and I encourage them. I see what the Lord is doing in people’s lives and I encourage them and give them Hope in Jesus. I speak life into others daily, I speak life over myself, my family, and my children daily. I am discerning of good and evil and I discern satan’s activities and pray in the spirit against it. I tap into the gifts of God and I fulfill every assignment the Lord gives me and He say’s of Me, “Well Done, My Good and Faithful Servant…You’ve Been Faithful Over A Few Things, I’LL Make You Master Over Many.” I have a sign over my life that say’s “The Lord’s” and satan flees from me. Every door closed on me shall be opened. I RUN FOCUSED ON JESUS AND WIN.
VICTORY IS ALL OVER ME. I climb to a mountain top and finally feel freedom. I MAKE MY FATHER IN HEAVEN PROUD! The Lord’s will be done, this day, on earth, as it is in Heaven. Thank you Heavenly Father for hearing my prayer and coming to my aide. I DECREE AND DECLARE IT SO & I THANK YOU FOR THE VICTORY! In Jesus Name, It IS So! Amen! Amen! Amen!
